Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Called them to replace a leaked tire. The person on the line was extremely rude. Probably manager, Outright refused to help me. Initially he told me it would have to be a special order and new tire will come in 1 week, and 5 mins later during the conversation he said, I cannot even do the order for you. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of money. Never buy any services from them. Hard to find an appointment. They do not care if you have a flat tire. Rather than finding a solution and helping a client who is obviously upset because of the tire situation, he showed me attitude. His behavior was disrespectful. He, flat out refused to help or guide for the car issue.

The cafe was slow, waited 10-20 mins no hot dog. And when we asked for a refund they gave us a weird look. This is why Costco is better. 🙄

It’s crime to ask question about pricing they’ll jump on you without conclusion or hearing your question. If this behavior comes from manager than imagine rest of management.Cashier is far better than Manager for sure.

Very bad experience I had, I was bought the Battery for my car I have 3 years warranty but my battery charge drain quickly I have to jump my car everyday I go back to Sam’s club back after 2 months I want to get better battery replacement they don’t give me exchange or return because I drive share ride there is no sign that there is no warranty for ride share vehicle 🚗

I purchased one tire and wanted them to install it. They told me that the lug nuts on my spare tire were swollen and they couldn’t take the spare off. So now I have a full size tire in my truck and a spare tire I’m driving around on.
