Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Adrian from Tire and Battery at the Richmond Sam's Club. First, I have to commend the interaction with this young gentleman. Truly helpful, attentive, and excellent customer service. I had the headlight renewal service performed on my BMW. Results were excellent, it is clear that Adrian had personally performed the work. I could feel it from the pride he showed. I'll be back again with my other car.

Great experience replacing the battery for my car at this Richmind location auto battery center. Manager JJ was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with a sunshine smile and attitude. He went out to check my car before deciding on the 48 H6 or 47 H5 battery for my car since the VW has two options depending on the specific trim level. Afterwards, he also told me they can reset the car for the new battery. It didn't take long to get my car back. Thank you JJ!
