Consider going to Costco if you haven't already purchased tires, or another tire center, and expect to if you plan on taking advantage of this locations advertised services to repair flat tires that were purchased and installed at the location. Tires are 4 years old, well within warranty, and under the advertised use life of the items. They did a visual inspection and reported it was the "last time" they would honor the warranty due to wear. Of course, the wear when measured was nowhere near the 2/32" disqualification standard stated in the installation warranty per their own measurements. They just don't want to honor the warranty. Made me wait 2 hours - despite an appointment- to have the work completed, and were upset when pressed on warranty. Again, consider Costco. I will next
Very Disappointed – Poor Service & Disrespect Toward Women I had a scheduled appointment at 6:00 PM at Sam’s Club Tire and Repair. I arrived early at 5:20 PM there were no other cars in line at the time. Despite that, I watched as multiple walk-ins were helped ahead of me. A customer with a spare repair was taken in. A customer needing air was prioritized.Meanwhile, I sat and waited with no explanation. The Caucasian associate was laughing and goofing off with other workers, even sitting on my tire at one point. A short Hispanic staff member told me he’d check what was going on, then dismissed me and said he was “putting air in another car.” After that, he kept walking and ignored me. If I had known how terrible their service was I would’ve gone to Costco instead. I bought the warranty for the tire rotations for 2 of my cars and they made up a bunch of excuses why the couldn’t do it such as the tires being to old after not even having the car for so long, with barely any miles and the tires weren’t even worn out. They just took my money for a service that I’m not even getting, they are scammers and I’m calling corporate to report them. Go to Costco instead or literally anywhere else
VERY concerned Sam's Clubs policies will result in someone being Killed. If they have NOT already... I had 1 tire completely destroyed. I asked if there were appointments for the warranty work and was advised they were booking 2 weeks out, opted for a walk-in when the replacement tire arrived. The warranty only allows 4 pro ration of the tire. U must pay again 4 mounting balancing etc. Roughly $56 later 4 a tire, with less than 15,000 miles on a warrantied 65,000 mile tire. (I paid roughly $100 for the tire mounted with warranty 13 months ago was not pleased but paid!) They asked if I was leaving the tire for the repair. Nope, not safe driving without a spare. Another employee tried to convince me to take the new tire and not wait for the remount. I advised both men I would wait for them
I discovered a nail in my front passenger tire this morning. I went to Sam’s Club tire at 8:15 in the morning and explain the situation. The person that helped me asked me why I didn’t make an appointment I knew at that moment I was in big trouble. 3 1/2 hours later I was told that I was the second walk in that morning. They hadn’t even gotten to the car of the first walk in and that I would have to continue to wait. Worst customer service I have ever experienced shame on them.
