Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Sams club tires while working on my cars regular purchased warranty service 6 moths ago incorrectly rotated and balanced my tires by putting tires in the incorrect position and adding excessive weights. The car developed a terrible road noise, after many visits they said a tire had a bubble. They replaced it under the road service I purchased. The road noise was worse, after getting a second opinion it was found that they put an incorrect tire on removed tire sensos and excessive weights on the car. After being denied from their insurance company that does not cover shoddy workmanship they told me to deal with the manager. He offered to refund the tire sensors and when I told him that was not good enough he offered to give me one matching tire. I told him we should start with all new tires

My recent visit left me with a distinct feeling of disappointment. I found myself underwhelmed by various aspects, from the moment I arrived to when I checked out. While I prefer not to elaborate on the specifics, the overall experience simply wasn't what I had hoped for.

Was told that we could do a walk in. Drove out just to be told they couldn't take us in that day. We rescheduled for another day. That day came and we were told we would have to come in the next day since they weren't ready with the tires... rescheduling seems like their speciality. Won't be coming back.

I called to get our 2013 Ford Escape battery changed. The employee took the vehicle information and scheduled the appointment. Upon arriving on the day of appointment I checked in up front. They proceeded to ask me if my battery was completely exposed so they can access. It wasn’t as half of it is under the dash. I was then told they couldn’t do it. So a complete waste of my time. The idea they do not ask the question up front upon scheduling the appointment is unreal. A list of make and model of vehicles they cannot service would make complete and total sense.
