Jaskirt has done an amazing job here. He’s been here for five months. It was disorganized in my past experiences when I had to bring a family members car here for tires but its a big difference now

The young men here did a great job informing me of what I’d need to do to get my tires done. My tires were not coming off with the torque Sam’s allows them to use so I had to reschedule and go to a mechanic to help me out. When I returned, no issues. Took care of my car right away and had a more experienced guy work on my vehicle. I’m pleased.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I had such a great experience at SAMS Tire Centre that I felt it was worth sharing! The staff were professional, helpful, and efficient. I came in as a walk-in after my replacement tire arrived. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the tall gentleman who helped me, but he replaced my cracked tire with a new one under warranty without any hassle. Excellent service—highly recommend!

This is my 3th time trying to change my tires in this place. There is no front desk person. The staff there treat you as they are doing you a favor. I wait 20 minutes and no budy bother to ask what i need. Never again. Need more friendly staff.

Horrible experience. I purchased my 4 tires here, after one day my TPMS light came on. I went back to them to get it check, they said the TPMS needed to be replaced, I bought it there and have it replaced. Two days later the same TPMS light came on back again and also my tire got flat in my driveway, not to mentioned it was the same tire where the TPMS was supposedly bad. I installed my spare tire and came back to have it fix and they told me to wait 3 hours. I waited 3 hours inside the store just for them to fix the flat when only one employee was working in another vehicle and all other 3 were just walking around. Worst service ever.
