Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I went yesterday to get a new battery, and the agent who assisted was Pete. This guy deserves employee of the month, and when they say a little can go a long way. Well, he proved it 100%, his customer service was phenomenal. I'm not much into giving tip$, but in this case, I would have. He was very impressive and made a thoughtful comment that with how things are going on these days, he left a really good impression. I wish every employee had his customer service.

Asked to wait 30 minutes while the only tech on duty was on lunch. Then told that he can’t help me because he was alone. Then told he can’t work on a Tesla. Very unhelpful. Waited over an hour just to have to leave and go to a store that wanted to help.

Came at 9:20AM with an appointment for tire install, but was told to wait for 2 hours. OK. that's a little longer than expected but, just waitted in the club. 2 hous later thinking it was almost time so checked out my cart, but had to wait another 45 minutes before finally got my car with my melted grocery.

Save yourself some time. This Sam’s does not work on aftermarket wheels (even though their photos are full of them). This was never an issue with the Sam’s that I used in the Dallas area. The employees were courteous and probably very bored - it’s the middle of the day and not one car in their bays.

Best Prices on Tires and Batteries. Especially at this location and good customer service. Been using this one since 2007
