Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Ordered tires online and got the email they were in. Showed up for my scheduled appointment and my tires were not in stock. No one bothered calling or letting me know. Apparently if you order online, stores can’t track the orders so they couldn’t even tell me a day that they’d be in.

I was helped by Ricky. ( I didn’t get his last name) Awesome experience. He’s professional, straight to the point, knowledgeable, and courteous. We all need employees like him. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think Sam’s Club needs to hear about it sometimes.

This place is run by disrespectful teenagers. I waited 30 minutes before anyone came to answer my questions. Then they call me to reschedule my appointment then make my appointment go long working on who knows what(I just saw them sitting around). They tell me it was because cause I was late but there was no cars in the garage when I got here. Terrible experience. Future Costco member here.

Underwhelming. Tires I purchased at this location and have only been remove by this location, now magically can't be taken off by the same location. I quit buying tires from Sam's years ago, my wife decided to try Sam's again...poor idea. You're better off to pay slightly more from a reputable tire shop.

Don’t listen to the review as Carson the tire center manager was super cool in giving us a warranty for my tires if you ever need anything go into the south Jordan tire center great people!
