Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They had no problem putting my car on the lift when I bought tires and for 2 tire rotations all in the last year with the same body rust my car had then. But today the decide to discriminate against me. My car has some body rust but where they would lift it there is no rust. The manager did not understand this or bother to listen and look. They just did it a few months ago. Same rust that does not affect lifting of the car. Sams tire department had a totally incompetent manager today and lost a good customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have NEVER had good service with Sam’s tires. This last time they sold me tires that were 6 YEARS old! I found this out after getting another flat and going to discount tire where they scanned them and confirmed it. Sams employees at the tire and battery shop never seem like they want to be there and are incredibly rude. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold me such old tires because I was a woman with a baby in there trying to get new tires for my husbands car. Never using them again for tires and battery because of this and because they are always so cranky when a customer comes in.

Definitely great guys who were in the bays and the guy at the register were awesome. There was another guy not in a Sam’s uniform, nor with a name tag…just in a t-shirt, but apparently he was working…that was definitely not customer focused, lots of legal won’t let us do this or that, but seemed like he didn’t want to. I have 12 Sams Club tires on all of my cars, so it is hard to swap to another provider and we travel quite a bit. I have historically had good luck with Sams Club, so here’s hoping it’s a one off. I ordered two more today.

My tire light came on. I had one low tire. My car is relatively new. I pulled up to the open overhead doors and there were three men two in uniforms standing there talking. They looked right at me and when I rolled my window down, turned their backs to me. I drove around and parked. I hobble to the door with my cane because I’m currently unable to walk without it. I rang the bell multiple times. One of the guys I had earlier tried to talk to who ignored me finally stuck his head out of the overhead door. Then open the door for me and immediately sprinted to the cash register so I was forced to walk all the way over there to have a conversation. I explained why I was there. I was then instructed to walk back to my car and pull down to the front of the overhead doors Where this whole thing s

Had a flat in the parking lot and the employees went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They couldn't sell or get the special tire I needed but left us with the feeling that we were valued customers. We will be back with other vehicles.
