Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Took off a bunch of plastic and screws to get to battery and never put it back on. Bought back and was told they don’t have them I’d have to go buy them to be reimbursed.

Lack of training. There should not be a reason why they don't feel comfortable doing tire service on EVs, tesla to be exact. I had to drive to BJs on 5th street, they have their own pucks to lift the car and the guy was very confident which made me feel comfortable going there. I am very disappointed that sams club is limited to working on EVs

I needed tires for inspection. I ordered 2 and when they came in, they told me I needed 4. They said they ordered two more, and 4 days later they told me they were out of stock. So, I ordered 4 different tires together. A week later they said they were in and I made an appointment. When I went to the appointment to get them installed, they said they weren’t in! Now my car is almost a week overdue for inspection, and they won’t answer the phone.

I was hung up on four×1 time placed on hold for 15 minutes asking a simple question about my tires. Can they rotate and balance them then I called customer service who told me they could not help me because someone might be working on a car so they can’t answer. I’ll just have to call back later when they’re not working on a car we’ll figure that one out.

Such a valuable perk of the PLUS membership is when that day comes that you have a flat tire, or dead battery ... You can just roll into this Sam's and get it resolved for Free (tire) or best price (battery) by a pro such as I had today in Chuck. Really appreciate the genuine service! Old school
