Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Very disappointed. There were zero cars in the bay this morning. Walked in for balance and rotation and they said they don’t take walk-ins when there are only two people there. First time this has ever happened and I needed it done. I’ve been to many Sam’s clubs where they still take walk ins even when they are super busy and short staffed.

July 4th 2024 at around 9:30am I took my car to Sam’s to get the tire plugged as I suspected a nail in it, I was losing air pretty quickly. My brother and I get there and we had to wait for about 20mins before anyone even acknowledged us. The guy came up and asked what was wrong with it, i explained and asked them to look at another tire aswell as the one with the nail in it. We did some shopping while we waited and finally, 30mins later we got the call to come get it. As we get my keys the guy is telling us “there’s nothing wrong we couldn’t find anything” if that were the case why am I losing air so quickly? Well hours later the nail fell out of my car on the highway driving home from popping fireworks. I thought there was nothing wrong with it? Wrong, if they can’t find a nail in a tire

When it comes to tires, I have shopped exclusively at Sam's Club for over twenty years; even when every one else was telling me I should use Discount Tires or any other place. They lost a costumer today and do not care. Over twenty years I have used plugs to keep me going when I got a flat until I could take it in for repair and it has never been an issue. Today, they refused to fix my tire and told me I needed to purchase a new one. the current tire is only a few months old and it great shape other than a plug which another tire place easily pulled out and patched. Sam's said this has always been there policy. I asked to see documentation that stated such but they could not produce it, then the manager rudely said we are not going to fix it and all those other times they should have

Got there early with my plus membership. Lifetime balance and rotate on new vehicles still the best deal around. Got tires balanced and rotated in under an hour.

Always well stocked. Employees are helpful.
