Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Staff are friendly, but arrived at appointment time and the lady at the check in said it would be an hour to complete. Fast forward 1.5 hours and they call and ask a question and let me know they are just about to start the vehicle. Not sure why you have to make an appointment and wait hours for them to start the job. I will not be coming back again and will use a local tire place instead.

My husband and I shop at Sam’s Club all the time and are happy doing so, BUT the tire department is awful. A screw punctured my tire yesterday evening, I called and set up an 8am appointment to get my now plugged tire patched. I arrive on time, tell them it’s plugged (because how the hell else would I be able to drive it there) and was told they can patch it, that it would hold well and they’d call me when it’s ready. There was only one person ahead of me. TWO HOURS LATER I am told that because it wasn’t plugged by them they “couldn’t” put a patch on it. Then proceeded to tell me I need a new tire, that it will be ordered and arrive next week. So they sent me back out on the road with NOTHING changed and still just a plug. Absolutely inept staff. Screw punctured a tire on my wife's Jeep compass, I patched it to get it home, and she set an appointment for 8am. Took them 2 hours to tell her they couldn't do anything for it and she'd need to special order the tire. It takes a week to get there. Mind you 255/65R17 is the most common tire like ever. Terrible service. Would never spend money there again.

Had brand new tires put on my SUV yesterday and the technicians damaged one of my wheels.... I spoke with a manager and they had me file a claim through their insurance. They told me unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it...
