Sam's Club Tire & Battery

The wait was long but worth it.they were double booked and running behind but all of the staff were helpful ,friendly and had positive attitudes. Hard workers and great work.

Worst place around to get tires. Ordered tires and had them put on and in less than a month while shopping at sams club we picked up a puncture in the sidewall. Took it to sams and they were under warranty and they said they'd replace it. It's been over two months now and no tire replacement. Keep getting the run around from their service team. First they blame it on FedEx and then UPS. Then our was in transit but tire was lost completely. Had to go get a similar tire from another place just so vehicle could be driven. Now they tell me that I can call around, purchase the tire, bring it to them, and they will reimburse me. With how clueless their service team is i highly doubt they'd honor that. Very disappointed!!

Staff has been great and they have gone out of their way to help me. I have been coming here for years!

I have been researching what and where to get tires for my 2011 Honda. Sam's was highly recommended. The customer service friendly, quickly acknowledges you, even when dept extremely busy. The display area very clean and merchandise labeled properly and visibly. Highly recommend especially if you're a member.

Not very happy and will not get tires from them again. I picked up a screw in the sidewall of my tire. The tires only being a year old, you would think that the tire would still be available; not the case. The staff was friendly although they didn't offer to find me another tire. I bought the road hazard warranty and ended up finding the tire on my own and losing the warranty. They did pay me back most of the money spent on the tire, but now a have a tire with only the manufactures warranty.
