Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I contacted Sam's Club by phone for the purchase and replacement of my car battery, providing them with the exact details: year 2023, make, model, trim. They gave me a quote and set an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival (a 30 minute drive from home), I was told I had to prepay, contrary to what I was previously informed. They told me it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. When I returned, not only was it not ready, but after almost an hour, they told me they couldn’t complete the job because it was “more complicated” than expected. On top of that, I had to wait almost 15 more minutes for them to process a refund on my credit card due to internal reasons. Whats the point of making appointment if they do not have what you need? Waste of a day taken to get new tires with no accountability from staff. All you get is the "we tried to call you". Dont waste your time here. It is a waste of time and money from what i see.

The two gentlemen who waited on us were great ambassadors for Sam’s Club. They were knowledgeable, friendly and honest.

Bought tires from Sam's Club a little over a year ago and realized I had a slow leak in one tire. I called and scheduled for the tire to be repaired and all 4 rotated. Dropped car off on the day and time scheduled, and within approximately 45 minutes they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I noticed on the paperwork it said the tires were rotated but nothing about the repair. I asked the man that handed me the keys about it and he assured me that the tire had indeed been repaired. 2 days later my light for low air came on and I knew they never repaired it. I took it to Discount Tire who repaired it at no charge, which they do for everyone even if you don't buy tires from them. They found a screw in the tire. I can see why this store has low ratings.
