Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Went there for a battery change and the guys were nice but not knowledgeable. They told me they couldn’t do it cause my battery was in the back. I tried to tell them my 12 volt was under my hood but I wasn’t gonna stand there and argue. I went to Walmart and they changed my battery, under the hood right away.

Tire Shop is useless. Understaffed. Dropped my car for just a balance service and to check a tire that was slowly leaking air. After 2 hours of checking in, the technician and the store manager that was clueless about the tire shop, said they are not able to put my car on the lift! Why they didn’t say that at the very beginning? They have about four lifts and they don’t know how to lift a car? Very incompetent staff. The best part is that I told them that in the past I had at least two sets of tires installed at the very same shop, and I pointed which lift was used! Their faces were just blank and again showing the lack of knowledge and competence. I had to take my keys and drive off.
