Sam's Club Tire & Battery

These people have zero customer service skills. They ordered the wrong tires even tho I showed them exactly what I needed. They were not apologetic at all about it. I had to take couple hours off from work which was a waste of my time and my money because of their careless mistake. Then it took 3 people to refund my money back to my card. How these people are not supervised? It’s basic human skill to acknowledge the person who’s in front of you patiently and quietly waiting while you can’t even get anything straight and apologize for things taking forever and for your mistake. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are rude, careless and don’t know what they are doing.

Dead battery, called Samxs tire & battery and Julie, the manager, assured us they could handle it. WOW! Drove in, she set us up, paid for new battery and installed it. We were out of there in half an hour. Tha nks to Julie & Chris for FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Great service, just make sure you have an appointment set up before you go or else it may take a while.
