Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Two stars is generous. Twice now I had a problem 1st time the tech. Couldn't get my tire off told me the lug nut had swelled funny thing I went to the parking lot and used the cars lug wrench and all the nuts came off without issue. 2nd time ordered tires was told they will arrive by noon the next day called a 1pm after calling the extension 7 times the person told me no tires for me called back at 5 same story. Went to the store the following afternoon very helpful woman at the counter looked up the order of course the tires had been delivered on time no one bothered to look for them. Then all the install times where booked so day 4 tires finally installed. Go to another Sam's

Had an appointment for a tire rotation and it took almost 2.5 hours. Ridiculous.

I had a flat tire and I work at Sam's Club so it was convenient. Logan put my spare tire on and it was free of charge. He was very friendly and prompt.

They were very helpful and did a great job. Thank you to Ethan and the rest of the staff for great customer service.

Not happy with customer service Paid for tires promise they would be in 2 days and was suppose to get call never received the call Ask for money up front Tires comes in week later
