Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I recently took my car to this service center for a tire change, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were both rude and undisciplined. They promised to call me once the service was complete, but I never heard back from them. When I tried to reach out for an update, they failed to provide the necessary information. This place is a waste of time for any tire changes. In particular, Bill was exceptionally rude, unresponsive, and displayed a concerning amount of racism. I do not recommend this service center to anyone. Thanks

I took my car in to have the battery replaced and the technician was very polite and courteous. However, I do have a couple of things that I have an issue with. The battery terminal on my old battery did have a lot of corrosive acid build up on it. The technician washed the build up off onto the motor and inside of the hood. I understand this had to be cleaned before the battery was replaced. It would have taken just a few more minutes to wash the corrosion off the motor and hood etc... I also had to secure the the cover to the battery because the clips were not inserted correctly on the battery cover.

Worst service ever. They installed four tires on my car and installed the tire sensor on the wrong side. So when I had a flat/slow leak on the passenger front, the car reported it was the driver side tire. To add insult to injury. Took the flat tire to be repaired three hours before they close and was told to come back tomorrow because they’re too busy. Tire was off the car so it should take no more than twenty minutes to repair.

I’ve never give bad review to any one before but I’ve never seen bad service like this I took my car to them to change one tire on the driver front side they changed the rear one I’m driving one hour every day taking my kids to there school now I have to take a risk until they fix the mastic and the staff are unbelievable rude and have an attitude i don’t recommend it to any one

The guys in there are clowns they said they were going to put three of the four tires on the vehicle then they saw a different lug nut not a security not just a different lug nut and then they noticed all this damage to rims and now they remove the three tires they put on after I had some words about not only wanting three tires I wanted four. total joke and clowns working at this place.
