Sam's Club Tire & Battery

had a very disappointing experience at the Tire Center. On December 8th, I came in for a tire repair and was told the tire could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. The Tire Center ordered the replacement tire themselves while they had my vehicle and tire, and scheduled an installation appointment. When I returned for the appointment, I received a call about 10 minutes after dropping off my car saying the wrong tire size was ordered, and that I supposedly gave the wrong information — which is not accurate, as I did not order the tire. After that, I was told they could not even get the correct tire once they tried to reorder it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive two gift cards for the inconvenience.
