Whomever was driving the Sam's Towing and Transport truck on Thursday morning on 50W going toward I-5 North around 930ish was driving very reckless! Darting between lanes without using proper signals. Dangerous driver!

Wouldn’t release my vehicle to my insurance company for 15 days after my accident. I did all the necessary paperwork for it to be released but they dodged any attempt that was made to retrieve my vehicle. Likely scamming my insurance company out of money because the longer it stays, the more they can charge. I would avoid doing business with them if I were you.

***CHECK YOUR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BEFORE DRIVING OFF*** **I didn't have any problems paying to get my car out. Just that my car was ran through. Everything from the glovebox was on the floor **Also my car was swiped/scratched by something red and something gold leaving colored scratches. Really hate that tow yards get away with this shyt. Mom in hospital. Kids came to get her car. Denied. Had to wait a month til she got better. Ended up paying $2.5k for the car back. Scums. Lol.

It's a towyard. It is what it is. Sorry about your luck- no one likes having their car towed away. But anyway... There is street parking only (on the south side of 14th Ave. just east of the R.R. tracks). They are courteous and efficient and, like any other tow yard, they charge an arm and a leg. Be prepared to pay a bundle to get your car back... If you need to get your car or yo get in to your car over the weekend, you can expect to pay a $150.00 gate fee to get someone to go open up. But if you don't want your car, only what's in it, there is no charge Mon. thru Fri. during normal business hours. Here's wishing you the best of luck
