Sam's Xpress Car Wash

I recently took my truck and car here and was very impressed! They were running an incredible $1 special for the new opening. The lot was spotless, and the car wash equipment looked really advanced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in guiding me through the wash options. Most importantly, the wash itself did a fantastic job. My car went from road-trip dirty to sparkling clean! One minor suggestion would be to add a hands-free door opener in the restroom for extra convenience. The waiting area is spacious and also have working charging ports to charge your phone. Another thing too is make sure the air is working. The air to put in tires were not working Overall, a fantastic experience - I'll definitely be back

This car wash is very nice. I am always in the area so I stop by weekly to run through the car wash or use the vacuums or use the free air compressor. Only rating 3 stars as my plates are NC so the vehicle identifier doesn’t identify my plates since I don’t have a front plate. Which is very inconvenient when the staff has to run inside to let me through the gate, especially when it’s busy.

I love this community car wash! Everytime I go, Rasheed is so nice, and so is the day manager / supervisor (I always forget to ask his name, but he is a tall African American man with a beard). My car gets a better clean than I have anywhere else. Keep up the great work! And thanks for you genuine customer service. The mat machine wasn't operating so Rasheed kindly blasted my mats that were sticky with playdoh and juice from a spill :).

I used the service for the first time on 2/12/26. Was very pleased with the results and highly impressed on how powerful the car vacuums worked.The employees were courteous and helpful with explaining the process. Definitely will be back!

Paid for the “premium” wash and apparently got the “hope for rain” package instead. My truck came out looking like it just went through a slightly aggressive misting, complete with streaks and dirt still hanging on for dear life. For the price, I expected clean — not “good enough from 20 feet away.” Save your money or bring a towel and finish the job yourself
