Sam's Xpress Car Wash

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life when it came to getting my car washed. I got the most expensive selection and it was what I regretted the most when I was all done. I am so thankful that I didn’t leave the premises before checking my car out. I left with a front plate vent and paint scratched off of my car. I filled out a report and was called about a 3 days later from a personal cell phone of someone representing the car wash. The car wash doesn’t even have a phone number for the company. Everybody uses their own personal cell phone. I wasn’t even offered a refund the night of the incident. Whenever I did get a call back, I was basically told that there was nothing Xpress car wash could do to fix the terrible damage to my car because they googled someth

Service is wonderful but make sure when u join their membership to ask if it’s the membership or the single wash bc they won’t join you to their membership unless if you ASKED and kept asking for their membership. Went there yesterday with the intention to join the membership I asked the guy how much is the membership and can I cancel it anytime he said yes. So in my mind I’m already in their membership but when I went back today. They said oh you only bought the single wash. Which is confusing why didn’t the guy yesterday told me oh what you mean by canceling you just buying the single wash. Anyways I’ve always went there since they opened it but wouldn’t want to go back again

The Employees were very friendly. I went through because I had a big bug that slapped my windshield and it was streaky and I hadn't been through a wash inawhile I bought the $24 wash and at the end all it did was remove the side car smudges and dirt. The windshield looked like it was never washed 😕 and same for the hood of the car it was all the same still dirty. Was disappointed when driving off. The Employees were very kind so im not upset at them its just the quality of the wash.

Pretty much satisfied with the car wash, every now and then you may have a problem with the wash missing a small section. The last I visited the machine didn't armor all my tires. They have always corrected the problem. FYI, clean your rims before you arrive and that's normal at any car wash.

Best car wash in town..suggest everyone purchase a monthly membership you can’t beat that!
