⭐ One Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I reached out to this dealership twice in 2026, and both experiences followed the exact same frustrating pattern. Each time, the dealer ran my credit, assured me “I can definitely get you into something”, and asked for time. Communication would go back and forth for weeks—sometimes over a month—with repeated promises that he hadn’t forgotten about me. I was very clear about my situation. I explained multiple times that I was renting a vehicle daily through Enterprise, and I even provided receipts, screenshots and proof of income asking work my personal info. Despite this urgency, I was repeatedly told things like “I’m very busy,” “I’m downsizing from two locations to one,” and “I’ll get back to you.” Eventually, communication just stopped

They are awesome, great customer service. They communicate great and stick to their word on any promises made. Best buying experience I’ve had. John Dante and Dave all helped me and I got my dream car. Thanks 😊

These guys are FANTASTIC! Best customer service I ever had, my credit was not good, and they still got me in a beautiful car with no money down. While going through the paperwork they fed me with a cheesesteak. I highly recommend this place for anyone. Thank you John, Dante, Greg, and all the other guys at Samson Motors!

They never registered my car. They won't return calls or assist in any way. I've contacted state attorney general. Paying for a car i can't drive

Worst car dealer in Philadelphia!! They sell lemons, cheat on taxes at the time of sale, and they claim to do repairs… BOLD FACE LIE!! Their partner John is the absolute worst human being I have ever dealt with. They will be hearing from my lawyers VERY SOON!
