Scheduling was easy and techs came out the following day. They replaced the window pretty (less than 15 minutes) quickly but it wasn't till I was about to sign the invoice that I discovered they didn't attach my alarm system back on the window and left it dangling. They didn't even have the courtesy to clean after themselves. Now I'm wondering if they did the job correctly and don't have air noise coming from the window when I'm going down the highway. Cheaper isn't always better.

This is a scam! My mom got her vehicle quoted and online they quoted like $250. Then she called and they quoted her $405. She was really happy and asked about the recalibration and they said they never do recalibrations because the camera was not unplugged and they just stick it back up. That didn’t sound right so I called the dealership to confirm this was a normal practice and turns out it’s completely unsafe! It’s a safety feature that needs to be calibrated and refocused to the new glass! Super unsafe practice!

These guys are great! Have used them quite a bit for our business and they always are nice and courteous. Get the job done fast and easy.

21 silverado. 50k miles. Update. The window technician damaged my cluster cover on my dash, my paint on the left pillar, and the plastic cover on my inside mirror. Got back with Liz in person after work, and we got some of the replacement parts ordered. All that's left is the paint repair. After that, I shall give 4 stars. The techs need to be more courteous of people's vehicles. I get we all try to do a rush job, but sometimes rushing isn't all that great. Quality matters, too.
