I wrote a review before and left Mr. Bush a good review, but since than I have attempted to contact Mr. Bush and again for the same issues I was having with my Jeep. I left him a message regarding my AC and never received a return call back. Then I attempted to contact the general manager, and his voice mail box was full, and asked the receptionist if she would please leave my contact number a message with the general manager regarding issues I was still having with my Jeep. Unfortunately, I never received a return call. I finally gave up and took my Jeep to a different dealership and like night and day the attitude and customer service was unlike SA Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Had to bring my mom here to get her vehicle serviced. We didn’t go through with it but the customer service provided by Jeff in the service department and Luke at the front desk were absolutely phenomenal. Steven showed us a new vehicle but she wasn’t ready to start over agaib. No pushy attitude; just understanding and respect.

I recently purchased a used 2024 Toyota Corolla here! My salesman Hunter was great! He helped me load my son’s car seat and stroller, patiently test drove as many vehicles as I could until we found the perfect fit for us! I was in desperate need of a new vehicle, with horrible credit and only having social security as income, Hunter gave me the best deal possible and the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Brought my Jeep grand Cherokee in to have diagnostic ran. We have exacerbated all of our ways of trying to figure out what was wrong with it, thought it was the starter, but was not sure. All we wanted was the diagnostic test done. The service center did a full inspection of the Jeep and found other issues that needed attended to. In all our estimates for the services was going to be $11,000. Only replacing the starter was going to be $3,500. We found the parts needed ourselves and the total cost of the starter was only $275, and total for all the parts that need maintenance was $500. We knew going in the price would be high, but not $11,000 worth. Also, I had my jeep towed in and it was clean. Going to pick it up and on the driver side and the fron
