RESPONSIVE - I called to inquire if they could repair a sluggish/stuck driver-side window, primarily because the shop is located so close to where the car is garaged. I was so happy to speak with a real, live human rather than a repetitive and limited-functionality AI operator! My questions were answered courteously & thoroughly. FAST - I was able to get the car in for a quote and subsequent repair quickly, with an accurate timeframe given for parts delivery. They made sure the window was securely closed while waiting for parts to arrive, due to forecasted rain. FAIR - Repair was completed without issue at the agreed-upon price. No bait-and-switch. Absolutely stellar service from San Diego Auto Glass & Repair! Rubin and his team replaced the windshield on my Lexus GS 350 and had me in and out in just 90 minutes. The best repair in all of San Diego and the best prices! It’s in a safe area and the lobby is very comfortable. They priced extremely fair, explained the process, and made me feel at ease. I had my window refuse to come up at 4pm. I called San Diego auto glass and repair and they were able to see me that day. They did not have enough time to fix the window (I got there at closing time and they still helped me!) but they did go out of their way to make sure my window was up to keep my car secure (I didn’t even have to ask, they do it out of kindness). Absolutely best customer service and best price in San Diego. Called at 3:45pm, gentleman said I'll have you windshield in 20 minutes, arraived at 4:30 and done by 5:25pm. Vacumm all the glass and on my way. Highly recommend this facility. Thank you
