This place is the best in all of San Diego! I live Downtown but when I come up to that area I take my granddaughters and my daughters cars there to be cleaned and have that wax put on to protect them because they park outside. They do an excellent job and best customer service inside store and the guys cleaning the cars! Thank you!

I’ve been a Customer for very many years. I’ve been coming to the Rancho Bernardo location all that time, they’ve always done a fantastic job on my car. The crew is so friendly especially Raul and Rigo.

This location is the last of a dying breed. Top tier touchiness wash equipment, hand wash, wax and detailing and the techs who obsessively wipe your car down till it gleams. Can’t recommend this place to highly and super friendly and knowledgeable staff like Supervisor Joseph!

Very disappointing! I trusted San Diego Car Care at Rancho Bernardo but they fell short. After getting home and inspecting the car, I realized the job was barely half done. The exterior still had visible dirt, and the windows were left with crumbs and dust. I didn't have time to check everything at the location since I had to rush, but the attached pictures show the spots that were missed. I expected a more thorough clean for the price I paid.
