⚠️ DESTROYED MY VEHICLE - 16+ MONTHS INOPERABLE - STATE INVESTIGATION ONGOING I paid this shop $11,647.42 to repair my 2016 Prius. They returned it unsafe to drive with damage so severe my vehicle has been inoperable for over 16 months. Independent inspections by Toyota and the California Bureau of Automotive Repair confirmed catastrophically substandard work. WHAT HAPPENED: Picked up vehicle July 19, 2024 with: illuminated check engine light, missing turn signal bulb, grinding noise at highway speeds, steering wheel shake, and clunking sounds. Returned multiple times. Employee "Gloria" refused to let me speak to their technician, claimed she "inspected it herself," and told me any issues were "not her problem." My car's front bumper was worn and torn. The service here was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The price was reasonable and affordable, and the repair was completed very quickly. After the repair, the bumper looked as good as new!

This place erroneously received our car from a tow company which might be part of their scam. Holiday weekend and we didn’t know our car was missing for 4 days. This company charged $175 to “store” the car they were allegedly to be working on and sent a “Docusign” to NOT the owner of the car to “assess” it for another fee and “break it down” which was thankfully not done. They nEVER saw the owner in real life. They could receive stolen cars and they could be painted and fixed without any checks and balances. Company refused to release the car without paying their BLUE SKY RIP fees. Watch Quality towing and this company. Legitimate car places do not charge “storage fees” and especially when it was delivered by their alleged scam partner to the wrong place. bUYER BEWARE
