San Fernando Tires & Wheels

Worst place to get anything done, unprofessional and bad quality work. I went there 2 weeks ago to get new tires and rims. Today my tire was flat completely, I called a tire shop to do a mobile repair and was told the tire censors where lose. I called the shop and some lady with a very bad attitude answer and I explained to her what was happening and that a I needed a refund for the what was being done today and she said she couldn’t do anything for me so I told her I would be leaving a review because she didn’t even try to work with me so I told her to transfer me to manager and she said I’m the owner so it makes me wonder how she couldn’t work anything for a first time customer there with issues with the work they did in her shop. To be the one we very unprofessional and aggressive.

Michelle and her dad at San Fernando Tire and Wheel always make me feel welcome the moment I walk in. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They’ve helped me with my tires and wheels from the very beginning, and I’ve always felt like a valued customer. Service is fast—I’ve never had to wait long. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest, reliable service with a personal touch!

I needed 2 rims for my car after an accident. I almost paid $180 for 2 oem rims elsewhere but I went here instead. They hooked me up with 4 used totoya rims for $200 which look way better than the stock rims without hubcaps. Very friendly service. Was glad I went there.

Went in for a patch couple days later noticed rim was scratched. Very disappointed. I was probably better off going to the run down tire shop. I’ve probably would have got better service there.

Great staff and great deal on the tires and installation. Sent my daughter safe back to San Diego. 👍🏾
