I started using this company a few months back. In that short time I've probably ordered about 15 pieces of glass most of which are for a mobile home window frame. The first time I ever ordered they cut the glass the wrong size. They fixed it. The third time I ordered from them the measurements were off on my end. They fixed it but the old lady on the phone tell me I had better find someone who knows how to read a tape. Now I'm here taking a piece back that they cut too big on one end and its close to an 8th of an inch off and they say that's allowable and it's my measurement too tight. No. It's not too tight. We submitted a service request to have a crack in our Verizon store window repaired. They were responsive and inexpensive, and they generously repaired another window while on-site. This is a company that will go the extra mile for you!

Got a few local quotes (including Safelite) and these guys had the best offer for mobile service. Came right out to my home the next day after a vehicle break-in. Took them 30 minutes tops to replace my truck window, and vacuum. Thanks ya'll! Appreciate how quick this was.
