I’m writing this review mainly as a caution for anyone purchasing add-on protection plans through the finance department. When I bought my vehicle from this dealership, I was sold a Mopar Flex protection plan with the understanding that if I didn’t end up using it during the coverage period, I could get my money back. Based on that explanation, I agreed to purchase it. The plan cost about $2,500. Over the full term of the coverage I never used the warranty once. When the term ended, I later learned that the refund requires submitting a request within a 90-day window after expiration. Unfortunately I discovered this requirement too late and Mopar denied the refund because the window had passed. I spoke with the dealership’s finance department to see if there was anything they could do or

This was the best car buying experience of my life. I enjoyed negotiating online - gave me a chance to take my time and consider what was important. The team (George and Ramin) was very engaged and open about what they could do and they could not do. The paperwork was simple and there was very little upsell push which I appreciated. Overall, I 100% recommend this dealership and I love my new Jeep (PS I went from a 2023 4xe which had non-stop battery issues to a 2026 6 liter engine - WAY BETTER). Jeep may survive yet - I was unsure after the number of issues by 4xe had....
