1. Brought my car in to check a rattling sound on Thursday. They totally misdiagnosed the source of the sound as my bumper when it was in fact my suspension on my front right tire. The very next day, on Friday, my suspension on that tire dropped unexpectedly while driving on the freeway, which tore off the fender liner and l bumper lip to attached to it. They twisted around my wheel, breaking my $400 underglow kit as well. I'm lucky I didn't die because this happened on the freeway. 2. I paid $200 during that same visit to be told what I already knew - that I had an aftermarket stereo which was causing issues with the airbag indicator. Provided no guidance on how to fix the problem. So overpriced. 3. The shop also replaced my oil but couldn't figure out how to reset the maintenance minde

I can rate them at negative if I can. They are bunch of crooks. 1. They don't keep their promise. I dropped my Honda Pilot 2008 @ 2:30 PM on 2/11/25 until 1:30 PM the next day on 2/12/2025 , the estimator call me and said it would be $1208. out of the door and the car ready at noon on 2/13/2005, I end up get it at around 3:30 PM. 2. Since I don't have other transportation to work and home right after I agreed on the $1208. repair, I call and ask stop doing it and I will drop it off around 3:00Pm on Friday 2/15 or early Saturday 2/16. The estimator then gave me an offer " just for the courtesy of SL Honda they will let me have free 1 day car rental @ Hertz". Since it doesn't effect my daily routine work and home so I agreed on the repair. 3.The scheduler, estimator give me a quote o

They over pump air on my tires and scratched up my air cap and lost the other air cap and replaced with with a different air cap. Now I got a brand new car with mix match air caps and scratched up . Now I’m starting to question if they even changed the oil or did they just reseted the oil light.

They promised to replace two parts on my Honda but only replaced one, damaged bolts trying the other, and provided no clear information. I took my car to an independent mechanic for the part Honda did not replace. They told me the bolts were stripped, showing they tried to work on it but couldn't complete the job. The email I received also lacked clear details about the service.

Keep in mind when you read these reviews that most people only review when they have a complaint. I have none here, they did a great job on some regular maintenance on my car. Not pushy, listened to what I told them I wanted, and didn't try to upsell me too much. And pricing was fair. Thanks to Andy!
