They give you the run around over and over on why your car isn’t done, I needed a new bumper and headlight the date I was given was pushed back 4 times, didn’t get to go home for Christmas because of it and had it at their shop before Thanksgiving. Listening to the lady at the front desk tell someone right now their car will not be done before Christmas like they expected right now. My adjuster said he could list 4/5 places in the area that would have the work done they did in two weeks minimum and now 4 weeks later here I am still waiting.

San Patricio collision went above and beyond to be sure our vehicle was fixed in a timely manner! Didn’t have any issues voicing my concerns, or getting the feedback I needed. They reassured me from the very beginning. Very friendly staff & front desk receptionist. If anyone is looking to have their vehicle looked into, please DON’T hesitate to call them! San Patricio Collision received my 1974 AMC during the Easter holiday 2014. I gave them $5000 on two separate occasions plus buying any part they claimed that I needed. My car was completely gutted. Many parts were both lost and thrown away. To this day, the car is still gutted, the seals are not installed, the paint is incomplete, the driver door does not open, etc. San Patricio Collision towed the incomplete car to another shop and abandoned it. This is what you get for $10,000.

Vendors beware. Do not approve credit for this store. They make excuses and refuse to pay bills.

My daughter’s car was hit from behind, the other party’s insurance was Fred Loya. Before bringing my vehicle to the shop, I asked the lady that answers the phone if we could pick up the vehicle after the assessment of damages was complete. I told her that Fred loya had a bad reputation and she told me that I had to leave the vehicle there because they had to break down the vehicle and the insurance wouldn’t cover for it to be put back together and the torn down again. I said ok. A week later we drop of the car on 11-11-24, they sent in the assessment of charges that same day to Fred loya. Now 12-5-24 the insurance company will not pay to release the vehicle or fix it. I also found out the shop never tore down the car. So I could have got the car back the same day it went in.The collision
