San Rafael Smog

Just wasted over an hour of my Saturday morning here. Arrived at 9am on the dot when they open and no one was here. The gate was open so I drove in and waited til 9:30 and still no employees in sight. I called the number twice which went to VM. Saw some reviews suggesting similar experiences by others while I waited. I guess you get what you pay for. I would have been better off paying $85 at another local place with an appointment at least knowing the job would get done. If you take your chance with this janky place you should call first and make sure they are actually open. Not sure how a place like this stays in business, I'd assume it must be a front for something because the property also looked disgusting. 0 STARS

In and out in no time. Guy was friendly, price was reasonable. It just became my go to for smog certs!

Dee gave me 11/10 service. Kind, helpful, and efficient. Couldn't ask for more and I highly recommend this place, I will be returning. Also they were super duper fast and easy. No issues whatsoever!

It was almost 5:00, but he agreed to do my smog test, which was very considerate. He was very personable and charged less than I had been quoted at other nearby places. Overall, a very nice experience.

Quick and easy place to get your smog test done. I was the third car in line but still got in and out in under 40 minutes. They have a place to sit, coffe, and WiFi while I waited.
