Randomly got a flat tire and had no one to help. Andy came through and helped me in a desperate time of need when I felt lost and frustrated at being stranded with a flat. He was right there with comforting energy. I felt very well taken care of and like an angel looked out for me that day. Thankful 🙏

I went here to get an oil change for the first time here paying$70 for oil change.. before I went to talk to a guy named Andy who said he was at a wedding or something said if I go to him I'll pay $50 told him next time I get my oil change I'll go to him we'll next time came and this guy Andy refuses to admit it was him and said he can't do it this guy lied to customer so I told him that okay I'll do it myself went to AutoZone zone and got the deal for oil, oil filter, air filter For $40 dollar's Andy your lost I'm never going here again could have gotten a loyal customer who went back always.

I just called the find out if they have time to diagnose my car, Customer service was good, I’m planning to towed my car for a diagnostic, Owner Andy told me it may take 1 day to give me an estimate, and probably another 2 days to do the repairs if I select or choose to do the repair at San Roberto auto shop. So far I am satisfied, I’ll add my final review after the face to face interaction. 3 stars ( meaning Midway satisfaction for now), pending my final review. Marlon Jarquin.

The tire on my Honda Fit blew out on the freeway. I went to this place as it was the closest one off the exit. The person who helped me said I wouldn't be able to find a used tire since they're special (for low profile cars) and a new one would cost $100 (which normally they're about 80-85 new in my area). I asked if he knew any other places nearby to which he responded something along the lines of people hate working on low profile cars and wouldn't touch it. I said thanks for the help, then he said good luck finding one used. Went down the street maybe 2 miles at most... found one used and they had no problem putting it on.
