I don’t usually write business reviews, but I feel like I need to shine a light on Sand Mountain Toyota. About 23 days ago, I traded my son’s 2025 Honda Civic in on a used Silverado. Before the purchase, I noticed the truck had a vibration while stopped and in gear, so I brought it to the salesman’s attention. His name is Troy, and he had the vehicle checked by the service department. They said they couldn’t find anything, and against my better judgment, I went ahead with the purchase. Troy told me that Sand Mountain Toyota is an honest dealership, and that regardless of the outcome, if I had an issue with the truck within the first 30 days or so, they would work with me to make it right. My husband Caylon has been searching for over a year, and I’ve been on the hunt for two weeks straight. We drive our automobiles until the wheels fall off, so finding the "perfect" replacement is a high-stakes mission for us. Honestly, the best car buying experience ever! Rhonda was amazing and focused on us giving us all the time needed to answer our questions with no pressure. Tim Whitt and Chad you both were also great - easiest and quickest transaction ever! They were able to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted and with the payment where I needed it to be.
