He charges way too much for smog guy way to picky with things stay away from this place there plenty of places that would do it cheaper with no too much hassle

Fast service, only thing it makes this review a 4 star is due to being quoted 75$ over the phone but being 83.00. 8$ ain't much but still would to hear a flat rate when calling. Honestly recommend for star smog if youre in Manteca.
