My father and I jointly purchased a 2024 Mini Cooper S back in June 2023; no complaints with the car. I enjoyed it; however, the dash camera system started to malfunction within hours after I drove the car off the lot. By malfunction, the audio cuts off and dings (I changed it back to ON multiple times with the intention that the setting would stay as I had set it continuously); by itself, while I’m driving, I know for a fact that none of my passengers have messed with the camera and being that i’m in the driver’s seat, i’m unable to reach it myself (this camera is seated to the far right side while my steering wheel is on the left) while actively driving unless I was parked, which rules out an accidental error on my part. They will get you in a vehicle at an affordable price. Even if you have less than perfect credit. Or, as in my case, horrible credit. It's obvious they know what they are doing at Sandy Sansing Mazda. From the initial greeting all the way through financing and delivery. I never felt pressured or like I was a waste of time like I did at other places. They showed me vehicles that I was interested in, not ones they wanted me to see. I was treated fairly and was able to get the vehicle I wanted for a lower down payment and a significantly lower interest rate and monthly payment than was being offered to me elsewhere. I gave 1 star because I couldn't post this without putting one (which is garbage) and honestly, I wish I could do a negative amount. My son came in to purchase a truck back at the end of November. He is 18 years old and is in the Navy based right in Pensacola. He has committed the next 4 years of his life to serve our country. The dealership/sales person knew this and yet, the dealership still sold my son a truck that they claimed was in good shape. It turned out to have major problems almost immediately. Either this truck wasn't inspected at all or they chose not to disclose what they knew about it. Sounds great, looks great which definitely fooled me into believing they be great. Don’t be fooled or mislead. Red flag #1. they have some stock marked “READY” to drive but when inquired about they actually have mechanical problems. Be great if they would have it listed as such instead of “ready to drive.” Red flag #2 they sounded friendly on the phone but again don’t be fooled by kindness. The rep I spoke with was quick to say “I prioritize my customers that I have in the showroom, sorry, I’m sure if you were in someone’s showroom, you would want the same treatment.” Simply because I had said I was no longer interested and thought it to do with the fact I was left waiting for some type communication with her while she took care of in person customers .
