Sandy Springs Towing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are not reliable at all. This company will surely waste your time and are very unprofessional. If you need a reliable company go with Unique Towing and recovery they came through within an hour when Sandy Springs Towing left me stranded.

Called this company requesting a tow and they replied yes. The gentlemen who answered was very professional. They sent a text requesting my pick up and drop off location. Information sent and a whole hour and fifteen minutes pass with no call or text back. I texted the number just to reach out and see will someone be available to tow my vehicle, no response. I called the number that I contacted them on just to hear a message saying the number is unavailable. If you are not available for the service then communicate that and let it be. I feel like I was straight up lied to. This is not a good look for a business.

Thank you Rob for a great experience. I never thought I would leave a review for a towing company. But, it really was that great! Had him taking the car to the wrong place and he had a great attitude about it. He went above and beyond by even helping me with a part I needed to detach. Hope I don't need another tow any time soon, but I'll definitely call y'all back if I need ya!

Derek was timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. He picked up my motorcycle with care and delivered it beautifully. Price was very reasonable and communication was perfect!

trash company, lied about how fast they could get to me to fool me into using them. after 1.5 hours of me waiting and them continuing to lie about how far away they are. they finally got fed up and told me to call someone else. highly do not recommend. liars, cheaters, estafadors, incompetent and inconsiderate
