Sansone Jr's Windsor Nissan Service Department

I've bought 4 cars with Sansone and the salesmen were always happy to help and never pushy. Thanks to Isreal Guzman my mom is in a new Nissan and loving it. Thanks for everything Isreal it was a pleasure doing business with you.

When I drove into the service area, I was immediately greeted by service advisor Steve P., with whom I'd set up my appointment earlier in the day. He took my keys and honored the price for my service I showed him on my phone. After 45 minutes reading a great book in the clean and comfortable service waiting area, I paid and got my keys back, and walked outside to my freshly washed car. Could not ask for a better experience. I am doing all my oil changes here, and I don't even drive a Nissan.

I used the valet service for my scheduled oil change and service. The process to schedule my appointment online was easy and efficient. I was informed beforehand that the driver was leaving and scheduled to arrive at my home shortly. They picked up the car and returned it washed and clean. David Butler was very thorough and insured that i was satisfied with my service. I was very happy with the entire procedure and highly recommend Sansone Jr for all your service needs.

I've only been here as a tow truck operator towing in broken vehicles. From that view point the parking lot is a bit tight for a flatbed tow truck and slightly better for a conventional wheel lift wreckers. The staff is always nice and accomodating when I bring in very broken cars that do not roll. All terms considered not a bad place.

Bad place to go for a service,I went there to get my AC fixed they're not professional and don't care about customers car they lost my keys (including my house keys) and made a new one without notice me they search the entire car don't know what they looking for ,all mys rims are scratched and they denied that happen in the shop
