I recently purchased my Jeep Rubicon X from SBCDJRF and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Veronica and Santiago were very helpful, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I recently traded in my old Jeep for a newer model at the dealership. My sales person was Don Bell, my finance manager Stefania Martinez, and CJ and Mr. Kaz--the GSM and GM respectively. I mention them all since every one of them was as helpful and knowledgeable as a perspective customer could want. Don even went a literal extra mile for me when we test drove the vehicle--helping me site the parameters of the narrow parking spot--abutted by columns--at my apartment. Talk about service! The whole team is very personable, to boot, which was just icing on the cake. Or Jeep--as it were. :)

Santiago was my sales person. He was extremely helpful and professional. I have bought many cars and Santiago was one of the best sales people I have worked with. It was a very easy, smooth transaction.

My experience was a pleasure Veronica did and great job at helping with the new process of my new vehicle very welcoming and helpful . The sales manager cas was also a great help making sure we were able to get the best numbers for my deal .and stephania in finance did a great job preparing all my paperwork and getting me in and out and on my way in my new vehicle would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle .

Don Bell was super helpful and honestly a breath of fresh air. I’d dealt with a lot of strange and unresponsive salespeople before, so I really appreciated that he always called me back and kept me updated without me having to chase anyone down. Veronica also went way out of her way for us — she waited a full hour at the train station in the rain just so we didn’t have to drive all the way from San Diego. That meant a lot. And Stefania made the financing part easy to understand, which I appreciated since that’s usually the stressful part. Overall, they were all genuine, patient, and actually cared about helping us. It made the whole experience feel smooth and real.
