Was recommended coming here from a friend based on their honest work, and after getting my car worked on I can 100% agree that Santa Rita is a great and honest auto shop. I came in here to fix struts on a 2009 Camry. I told them the wrong specs but I was able to update the specs prior to dropping my car off. It ended up saving me some money. I explained to the mechanic that I also had issues with TPMS. The mechanic looked at it and gave me honest advice on how to proceed without trying to sell me on anything. I appreciate that he was trying to have a conversation with me to educate rather than trying to get extra work done. Lastly I appreciate that they stayed open for me to pick up the car past closing. A very nice gesture.

I have been a customer here for over 13 years. The service is amazing. As a woman it’s not easy to deal with your vehicle maintenance. They made me feel so comfortable. The cost was very fair and reasonable. Their timing is perfect as well. I will always bring my car to be services here. Thank you to the workers for being awesome all the time.

Jose is one of the best auto mechanics you can find in the Bay area. He is always reasonable with price and he always provide great customer service. He gives discount for his old customers and sometimes he does small things for free. I really get peace of mind whenever I get him do things for me.
