Had questions about a business acct, the person who answered the phone was prompt and courteous. Later spoke with management to set up our account, he was professional, helpful, fair and informative. Overall a great experience.

Worst customer service it seems like this Place is under new management / ownership and there new management is garbage. Called them get a release on my impounded car they person answered the phone was rude and told me it's 9k to get the car release or else it will be sold at auction and wouldn't even let me know his name or whom I was talking on the phone and When I asked to talk to manger no response and hanged the phone. That's not how you run a business

I am in the auto repair industry so I come into contact with a lot of different towing companies Santa Rita is the ONLY company I trust with my personal vehicles!! Prompt, friendly, professional. They really know their stuff!

Matt was my night in shining armor today. I called and he said he would be at my house in 10 minutes to pick up the keys and he was. He went and got my Land Cruiser and brought it back to me. Matt was great and the whole process was so easy.
