After taking a couple of years off from riding, my buddy and I decided it was time to get back on bikes. We visited several places, but nothing really convinced us—until we came to Motorsports Santa Teresa. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and immediately found exactly what we were looking for: a great bike at a great price. Within just a few hours, we left with new bikes and gear, thanks to the outstanding service we received. A special shoutout to Robert and his team, who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I strongly recommend Motorsports Santa Teresa to anyone looking for their next motorcycle.
This place always delivers great service. The manager Jesus is something else took the time to get up from his desk and hit himself show me the benefit of purchasing my Can-Am. My Salesman Robert Lucero was amazing also very well informed and answered every question I had this place offers truly exceptional customer service, and great prices. The GM as well Ray was very welcoming and didn’t think twice about offering a great deal
Robert was an amazing person, he helped me out when there was trouble with the financial side of the approval proccess and really cared about what I wanted and not what he just wanted to sell. 10/10 will definitely be coming back! (2/24 Edit) Took the bike in for a oil change and some basic service repairs and the Brian duo (both named Brian) helped me out and made the process super super easy and will definitely be coming back for my servicing needs!
Robert was extremely professional, responsive, and honest. He made the shopping and purchasing process simple with informative and supportive guidance. The entire staff at Santa Teresa Motor Sports was easy going and eager to please. I will be going back for bike add-ons, service, and accessories, and would encourage anyone to do the same.
