Jeff does excellent work! And he's as quick as the supply chain will allow him to be. For our car being an older 2012 model it was hard to Source some of the parts that were needed to do the repair however Jeff was able to find them. I highly recommend the shop if you have body work that you need to have done.

I've read a very poorly written, negative review about this business that made absolutely no sense to me at all, so I'd like to share my personal experience with Jeff (Santangelo's Collision) over the years. My coworkers, my family, my friends, and myself have used this shop for multiple vehicles, RV's, motorcycles, watercrafts, and pretty much anything and everything else that could use body work or mechanic work. Absolutely NOTHING that he's ever done for us has left us less than 101% satisfied and confident in his work! Truthfully, I've never met a more honest "car guy" in my life (I've never trusted salesmen or mechanics in any capacity)! Bringing my car to this shop was the worst experience of my life. I’m writing this review today so others don’t make the same mistake. I was told by the owner of the shop at the end of this experience that they don’t do time frames and can’t give an estimate of how long it will take. I felt like I was overcharged from the beginning no prices were ever exchanged till the second time I brought my car here when I made it clear I needed a quote not just being told I’d be taken care of. This was all after I waited with my messed up car for a week for my second appointment Monday morning after the car just got out of his shop and had to go back for the same issues. The car sat outside his shop for days end until Friday I finally received a call with a quote to fix the same issues that I brought
