Excellent service from Kiko , gave me a better service than Pep Boys , and a 4.6 rated “5 star tire service shop” , will always come to him for my tires. New Loyal customer here. And thank you for fixing my tires, you will not get a better price than here.

Bad customer service He changed and balanced 4 brand new tires... Next day I realized, the weights(3 squares )that they stick on r on my driveway so I went back hoping that it should take no time to solve problem.... He told me that " the weels were dirty and if I want them to stick I gotta clean them - " like it was my job" I just paid him a hundred day before and he didn't put any effort to help me... He just left me just like that..... definitely not going back

The man who works/runs this shop is the nicest man. I am front our of state became stranded in Passaic with no phone and he helped me and let me use his phone. Without him I would've been screwed. He tried to help me as much as he could with my tire but didn't have the right tire for it. He is a hard worker and a great guy. If I lived around the area I would use him to do my tires without hesitation. Thank You so much! God Bless Santiago Tire Service.

I tend to go there pretty often for the tire fixings, very friendly worker too
