I've been going to Santos since my first car in 1990. Datsun 200SX. Audi 5000, Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Audi A4, Mitsubishi Outlander. Carlos and Rick were the salt of the earth. May they rest in peace. Rick's son, Paul, is now owner and has great mechanics running the shop. Pawel is my favorite. Brutally honest and has saved me thousands of dollars by keeping me on schedule with routine maintenance. I am so glad that Santos stayed in the family and in the neighborhood. I brought my 2019 Dodge Durango in with the check engine light on, and Pawel worked tirelessly to provide me with top notch customer service when diagnosing and repairing my car. He was in constant communication every day that I was without my car, he went above and beyond to get the repairs done in a timely and cost-effective manner for me and I am forever grateful.
