Sapphire Repair deserves a 5 Star Rating! My Tahoe went from rough riding to a smooth ride. They fixed my shocks and the wheel bearing. The owner, Jonathon and the Mechanic, Casey always take time to listen to me. Their office Manager, Nicole is so kind and you will get a "belly full of laughs" out of her. She is so much fun. I had an excellent experience at this repair center. The team there is not only professional but also incredibly honest and kind. I came in to have my truck's suspension checked because I was experiencing some instability on the road. They took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and, instead of pushing for unnecessary repairs, they honestly told me that the issue wasn't with the suspension but with the worn-out tire. Even though they spent their time diagnosing the problem, they didn’t charge me for the inspection. Their integrity and customer-first approach truly impressed me. It’s rare to find such honest mechanics these days! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy service. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism!
