SAR Automotive Equipment

Called just to inquire about a question nothing more but by the response I am warning all just stay away. My question was do you install Tire Balancing Machines for automotive? The response was depends on brand. So I proceed to explain I am an automotive supply house and this is for one of my wholesale accounts that purchase product from me and give him the brand. First comment out of him mouth was " Oh no we don't touch that junk" Why does that have to be his response it was a question all you merely have to say is no sir we do not handle that brand but no some people are so emotional and everything is personal. His answer was based on him being emotional that the brand wasn't one they sell. This is business remove the emotions

Bought a Rotary 10k lift from SAR in Feb 2017. Installation went perfectly, but after installation the lift would shudder on the way up and down with and without a load. The SAR team was impressive with how diligently they chased down the issue, getting Rotary themselves involved, determining that the problem was with the cylinders, and getting them replaced with new cylinders from Rotary as quickly as possible. Though this was for my home garage Ed Harrell, Derrick and team treated me like I was their biggest customer. The lift has performed flawlessly since. I heartily recommend SAR to you.
