Absolutely outstanding—honest, kind, and rare! Chris and I had one of those stomach-dropping moments yesterday while checking the oil on our BMW: the oil cap slipped and fell down into the engine well, completely out of reach. Panic set in fast. We’d never been to Sarellano Garage before, but they’re less than half a mile from our home, so we very slowly drove over—with a rag temporarily standing in for an oil cap and our fingers crossed. From the moment we arrived, they were incredible. With smiles on their faces and zero judgment, they immediately stopped what they were doing to help us retrieve the oil cap. They never made us feel stupid (even though we definitely felt that way), just calm, capable, and kind from start to finish. They solved the problem quickly—and then charged us

This Sarellano family owned auto mechanics operation in Cedar Glen CA has been many times over a "saving grace" for me as a single woman living in a small community and with their "family-run business" just minutes away from my home by walking or driving my car...I feel soooo fortunate!! I had been driving with my “check tire” light and kept putting in air but the light would disappear then light up again, over and over. I did not know you could order tires and have them shipped to a garage for installation. There was a mix up and I ended up with two sets of tires (8 tires) sent to Sarellano Garage. The guys installed my tires while I waited and stored my extra set of tires until I could get that mix up straightened out. Roberto and his boys were great! Honest to goodness down to earth people with integrity. I highly recommend them and would use them again but hopefully I won’t have to. Thanks guys!!!

Trustworthy. Had a weird ping in engine, Mr. Sarellano looked at engine, just had an oil change hours before down the mountain. That shop did not close top correctly, Mr. Sarellano showed me issue before he corrected the other shops mistake. Left with a quiet engine. No charge. I have had 2 oil changes at Sarellano Garage since.
