Great Customer Service. Highly experienced gentleman who know their work very well. I was at the store for 1-hour and haven't seen any Customer who did not find the part they are looking for. I've been there to get a new Headlight Assembly, as I couldn't find one in Windsor.

Scott was very helpful with finding the battery I needed for my car.

Looked for a few parts in the last couple of weeks and they were decent prices. Glad to have them in Sarnia than having to drive to London or further. Knowledgeable staff!

Called 3 weeks ago looking for a wiring harness for a fuel pump. 3 weeks later I call and they say they still haven't had a chance for someone to go get it. Can access from under the back seat. Lift and cut the harness out takes about 1 minute. Very poor service and don't recommend.. drive to london and be well taken care of. Sarnia companies have very poor work ethic. Avoid at all cost unless you want to deal with an incompetent business.

Was in here a few days ago picking up a part to help my family member. Turns out parts are different depending what country your vehicle is made in. They were fantastic here with their knowledge and help in returning the part. Honest and great customer service! Thank you
